Yellow watery discharge from my nose
This past few months, liquid is randomly coming out from my nose. I don't have cough but my my head aches most of the time. Neck also hurts. Eye sight becomes blurred. Before, the liquid coming out from my nose is clear but last saturday the color is yellow

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose and sinus infection. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery
