Yellow Urine, Tailbone pain
Had urine pus cells around 12 to 15 in April. Reduced to 2-4 by antibiotics. Achy Navel pain when pressing belly button. Tailbone (probably last spinal code) pain. Lower back pain sometime especially after workout. Feels like some veins getting stretched when pressing stomach (Sometimes only especially after running 5 to 10kms - I am marathon runner) Had first USG in April, diagnosed bladder wall thickness (3mm). Follow up USG in July normal. Everything else in USG Normal both the times. Urinalysis show 2-4 always earlier it never the case before April. It was always 1-2 Major concerns dark yellow urine, tailbones pain. Burning between anus to scrotum area (Sometime only). Pain near belly button area (Developed in last two weeks only) Please note that no blood in Urine, Stool. Blood reports were normal. B12 was abnormal and taking medication

Inrease water intake and start pelvic floor excercise for 15 days ,symptoms will subside.If not then ask again.

You need a detailed examination primarily by a physician so that it could be ascertained which experts shall be consulted for remedial measures if could not be managed by general physician. An orthopedic surgeon for pain in back with choice of investigations as per requirement like x-ray, CT Scan or MRI of.lumbosaccral area. A Nephrologist/Urologist for Assessment of Urinary Tract and kidneys. So before consulting experts directly have your screening by a General Physician.
