Yellow urine for past 10 days.

Hello,I'm a 23 year old male. I've been having yellowish urine for the past 10 days despite drinking adequate amounts of water. I wasn't taking any vitamins either. The day it started I had a little weakness and fever but it subsided by itself within 2 days. Please let me know what I should do. Thank you

Get CBC , liver function test and urine routine test. This should give us the answer of yellowish discolouration of urine.
