Wt gain n irregular mens
My weight is 71 kgs. I hv gaind 20 kgs weight in last 2 yrs due to sedentary lifestyle and junk eating.gt myself checkd fr thyroid test where the readings were: free t4: 13.9 pmol/L,  free t3: 5.0 pmol/L, And sensitive tsh: 1.940 microIU/ml. No thyroid. But I m prediabetic nd my menses r 15-30 days late past 4 mnths.

weight gain will result in irregular period. you have to change to healthy eating pattern and a proper lifestyle to avoid problems with your menses and fertility. also get a scan done to rule out polycystic ovaries and a check your serum prolactin levels.
