I work out in gym from last 3 months
Some pain had in my right wrist during weight lifting and it pains lot like my veins stuck or jam
Please share any home remedies to overcome from this pain

Check for swelling, if it's there apply ice...if it hurts with movement ace wrap it.
Consult doctor if pain worsens as it can be a sprain which can further worsen.
Avoid lifting any objects or about weight on the wrist.
