Wrist pain
I have been having major pain in my wrist. The pain will last a few weeks then get better then after a few weeks get worse again. I can barely bend it and turn it at all. I type all day so I don't know if I'm perusing it and that's all. The pain is so bad I feel like something more could be wrong. Just leveling it out hurts. There's never really swelling or bruising. It hurts from the knuckles to about a quarter up my forearm. The most pain is on the actual wrist. Hurts to touch and to rest. I've tried ice and heat and nothing ever helps the pain until it goes away for a few weeks. I don't know if it is just a sprain and should not worry about it or if I need to go see an orthopaedic doctor and get xrays or scans. Any idea?

Hello Since your work requires typing may be it's because of over use or the wrong patter of typing. Check your hand and forearm position while typing. Keep your arm and forearm in 90 degree and complete support for forearm so that it doesn't strain. Pain only in the wrist can be cause of ganglion. It's harmless. Just visit physio for wrist exercises Hope I answer the question
