Hi Doc My both left and right wrist are gives pain, i could not twist my left wrist its giving pain.. and i cannot lift small wights also. I spend more time with my laptop as

consult orthopedic surgeon ,looks like wrist strain,get evaluated,he will suggest you better,might require bracing
