Wrist pain due to ligament damage
It's been almost a year I have this problem. Whenever I do some heavy work and in winter my wrist start to pain but it stop automatically. i really need my wrist to be normal please help me.

Hi...Kindly provide in some more details.Wrist pain can be due to various reasons ranging from a bone involvement, muscle or ligament instability or strain.Kindly visit a physiotherapist for a detailed analysis and diagnosis..In the meanwhile you can use a wrist band support, ice the area whenever there is pain...and do some exercises to strengthen the wrist muscles
