Hello there, well with the symptoms you have described it is very likely that you may be suffering from carpel tunnel syndrome.... it is a condition in which the tunnel at the base of wrist through which the nerves of forearm enter the wrist becomes narrower thus increasing the preassure and giving numbness and tingling with occasional pain. You need to take physiotherapy sessions of US for relieving the inflammation at wrist followed by extensive carpel tunnel exercises which a qualified physio can teach you.... also B12 supplements can be of use ...conservative methods usually are helpful but if the pain and numbness persists even after 3 months post phyaiotherapy a surgical repair should be considerd..... hope this was of help to you. Regards,Take care.
