A week befo a friend of my guy bent his wrist in the gym forcefully by mistake..And now there's swelling and pain in the wrist..
He didn't take rest after that as he goes to the gym.. it's been 10 days almost the pain hasn't gone..

Hello there if its only pain at the wrist then he needs 2 week rest with wrist immobiliser band...during this time movements of wrist should be minimal... also application of topical diclofinac based gel twice a day for 5 days would bring relief....however remember not to overexert the wrist.
