Wrist misallignment
Hi , 10 days back I was fallen from bike and my wrist got mis allaigned , can you please let me know how to adjust that back

Get the wrist X-ray done.. If there is any fracture, need to go to an orthopaedician  for realignment and then to a physiotherapist... But if there is no fracture consult directly to a physiotherapist, he will  cure for sure. At home -  avoid hanging the hand, do hot water fomentation and take care

Find a best hand surgeon , he or she will be able to fix it A normal as possible. See a physiotherapist after the surgery.
