Hey there. Kindly tell which bone is dislocated.  In majority cases dislocation needs to immobilised at the very least. In case of severe dislocation; surgical fixation is necessary. If ignored it may lead to deformity n hinder with normal wrist movements,  making writing, lifting,  holding an object nearly impossible over a period of time. Kindly get the injury treated as soon as possible.  Don't ignore even if there's no pain.
