Wrist fracture and few small wounds
My wife fell from bike. It leads to few wounds on left elbow, left knee, left thigh and right wrist fracture. My doctor suggested to go with POP as it is a minor facture. He has given tablets for stomach acidic, bacterial infection, pain killer, paracetamol, calcium . I would like to know which are the rich sources of food to heal ASAP. And also please suggest which food to avoid for few days?

Hi High protein for recovery and healing, vitamin k , iron, B-complex vitamins, vitamin d, calcium etc for faster recovery from wounds.. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables, leafy green vegetables,  foods rich in plant proteins , like lentils, legumes, milk and milk products for calcium , nuts and seeds...

Hi You can give her these food for bacterial infection Cinnamon, curd Turmeric,Cranberry juice . For calcium. Giveher dairy products and dry fruits . Stomach ach can be cured with rest . Give are small meal and fluids as well .
