Hello there, I can see the wound is infected with redness in the surrounding which suggest that its infected wound... wound healing cannot occur if there is infection Being a surgeon i would have done debridement of the wound (thorough cleaning) and made it infection free... this wound will not heal by antibiotics alone...
Next Steps
a general surgeon should debride the wound and if possible give antibiotic after pus culture
Health Tips
take high protein diet and iron rich diet for early healing

Antibiotics fight against bacteria in case of infected wounds. Healing is done by your body. You have to aid your body in healing by doing proper aseptic cleaning and dressing regularly. This wound looks infected. If I were to guess, I would say cleaning and dressing of the wound was not properly followed.
Next Steps
Kindly consult a surgeon. Please don't self treat.
