Wound healing, skin abrasion
I got skin abrasion due to an accident. Normal dressing change is hurting a lot. Can you please suggest alternative to it? Is betadine dressing is better or colloidal silver gel? What steps can be taken for rapid wound healing other than high protein and zinc diet.

Do wound dressing with saline water & apply colloidal silver, then dress with sterile gauze pads available in market.
