My wisdom tooth of both lower sides are partially erupted since 4 years. And the gum is also little opened. I suffer from chronic pain and swelling due to this once every week. Saw the images & your gum tissue above both the wisdom teeth seem pretty red & inflammed. A better solution for you is to visit a dentist, take an xray & then take it forward depending on what the xray reveals. Meanwhile what you can do is take a pain killer like tab. combiflam not more than thrice a day & do warm salt water gargles 3-4 times a day.  This would give you temporary relief. Hope this helps.

Hi dear, Saw those images. Erupting pain of wisdom tooth are very common in your age group. Kindly visit a Dentist at the earliest, so that he can examine your dental as well as overall health before prescribing you medications and could plan a better treatment as per the clinical conditions. For time being you can have an analgesic and apply topical intra oral antibiotic gel. Warm saline gargle will give you some relief. Take care.

According to the pictures that you have posted, it seems that both the wisdom teeth will require removal to give you a permanent relief from the discomfort that you have been facing for a long time...... X-rays of both the teeth will provide a better analysis of the condition of the roots of the teeth...... it will also be advised that you do not delay this treatment for a long time to prevent damage to the adjoining teeth as well..... regards.....

Hello..definitely removal of tooth will solve the problem.Medication may give symptomatic relief but ultimately removal of tooth is suggested.Tab.keterol DT taken thrice daily may relieve pain but visit nearby dentist as soon as possible.
