Hello there ! Wisdom tooth pain may produce very much discomfort, naturally pain is caused because of the inflamed gums over the erupting tooth, if it erupting upright it will not cause much problem but if it tilted or erupting at an inclination it may lead to many problems in future which also included damage to adjacent tooth.
Next Steps
You should visit to dentist to get an intra oral radiograph for the wisdom tooth to confirm its upright eruption, and to get medications for Pain and inflammation.
