Hello. The wisdom teeth erupt by 18-21 years of age. Wisdom teeth are sometimes not able to erupt due to lack of space available in the jaw or position of teeth. Due to this, they remain impacted and fail to erupt unlike other teeth. Impacted teeth can cause various problems like pericoronitis (pain, inflammation and swelling of the gums in that region), referred pain to ears, cheeks, neck, headache. It is best to get your 3rd molar extracted in any case. please visit a dentist for definitive diagnosis and treatment. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Brush twice daily using the correct brushing technique. Use a floss. Gargle after every meal. Maintain proper tongue hygiene. Avoid self diagnosis and self medications.

Go for extraction. All symptoms you are having could be due to impacted tooth. Sometimes because of anxiety you may feel tensed, shakiness. Consult a physician before extraction.
