Wisdom tooth problem
Near wisdom tooth on my left side of my mouth will paining and gum will be swollen by last 4 days it was saviour pain so is it necessary to remove that wisdom tooth or any other chances

Hello.
An impacted wisdom tooth is one which fails to erupt at given time and space.
Wisdom tooth may cause dental caries, crowding by pushing neighbouring teeth, pericoronitis i.e inflammation of gums above the tooth.
The treatment will be surgical removal of the tooth.
Followed by antibiotic and pain killer regimen

Hello sir,
First need to confirm with the x-ray and if the wisdom tooth troubles, it's always better to go for extraction... Also there is a decay in your adjacent molar tooth, confirm the diagnosis of that tooth by taking an x-ray and do the treatment for that tooth simultaneously..

Hello. Please visit dentist for primary screening of the swelling and check up. And take the x Ray of that tooth. And consult a Maxillofacial Surgeon for it's surgical removal.
