Wisdom tooth is one third out and two third inside the gum. Oftenly I feel pain because of swelling . My toothbrush​ cannot reach their for proper cleaning so bits of food sticks their.

Your clinical sign shows that you are suffering from impacted (unerupted) tooth with pericoronitis(infection). If it recurred more than two times than it will indicated for extraction. In your clinical picture may be required surgery (incision and bone cutting). Please sort out this condition as early as possible otherwise its worst condition like compromised mouth opening or abscess formation.

Hi. Please consult a dentist nearby. You might need an X-ray of the tooth to see the condition of tooth inside the bone and if there's any probability of the tooth to erupt normally later. If it's impacted.. You might have to undergo a minor surgical procedure/disimpaction to get that wisdom tooth removed. Once removed.. You won't develop any pain n swelling later.
