If you are having a true dental emergency and the tooth needs to come out as soon as possible, it doesn't matter which trimester you are in. Removing an infected or otherwise severely damaged tooth as soon as possible is better for you and the baby than leaving it to fester in the mouth.
Next Steps
Get the extraction done as soon as possible to prevent the further discomfort and infection
Hi keterol is contraindicated during pregnancy.
The only safest drug to use is paracetamol.
Plain Amoxicillin which is an antibiotic can be taken twice daily after food for five days to minimise the inflammation and infection.
It would be best to visit a dentist and get the tooth extracted.
Meanwhile brush properly keep the area clean , use a floss and a mouthwash make sure there is no food lodgement.
Don't bite or chew anything on that side.
Hi
Paracetamol is safe as of now, Swishing warm salt water around before spitting ,in case of swelling apply ice pack, for temporary relief melt ice cube in that area if tooth is not decayed.
