Madam. This time is comparatively safe (2nd trimester). You can get third molar out. Consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. If you were in Vadodara, you could come to my clinic as well. Dont push yourself on more painkillers as once the culprit is out, automatically the pain would go away

Do not take 1000mg paracetamol. That alone won't help. Wisdom Tooth pain occurs due to decay and infection at your age.
Next Steps
If you are not allergic to the below medicine take your gynecologist consent and take a course of this medicine - 1. Capsule MOX 500mg - Total 12 capsules for 4 days, 1 in the morning, 1 afternoon and 1 in the night. 2. Tablet Imol - Total 6 tablets for 3 days, 1 in the morning and 1 in the night.  Both to be taken after food. Visit an Oral surgeon at the earliest and see if he can help you out.
Health Tips
Please take your gynecologist consent and take the above course of medicine. Do not keep repeating it.

Hello Since you are in second trimester of pregnancy, some dental intervention can be done. If the pain is not getting subsided by dolo 650, it has to be either extracted or atleast the nerves have to be numbed ( Initiation of RCT) to relieve you of pain.
Next Steps
Kindly visit an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for it
