Continue doing mouth opening excercises and warm saline gargle... If possible increase your frequency of opening each day... 25mm is a good value. If required, go back to your dentist who will provide manual opening of your mouth

Hello...
No need to worry continue with your oral exercises and warm saline rinses, sometimes the situation takes more than a normal time to improve.
If you don’t have any other discomfort then the mouth opening will soon come back to normal.
