Wisdom teeth pain appear for sometime after it disaapear doctor advised for extraction of right upper wisdom teeth. what is the right thing to do extraction or leave it for sometime.

ACTUALLY YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED THAT YOU HAVE PAIN ON RIGHT SIDE OR LEFT SIDE , LEFT SIDE LOWER WISDOM TOOTH IS HORIZONTALLY IMPACTED , AND HAS TO BE REMOVED , PAINING OR NOT PAINING , ELSE WILL EFFECT THE ADJACENT TOOTH BY CAUSING CARIES DUE TO FOOD IMPACTION , LEFT SIDE UPPER WISDOM TOOTH IS CAUSING TRAUMA TO THE CHEEK SO SHOULD BE REMOVED AS CONSTANT CHEEK BITING IS NOT HEALTHY . ON RIGHT SIDE IF YOU HAVE CHEEK BITING OR LOWER TOOTH IS PARTIALLY ERUPTED THEN SAME TREATMENT .
AND YOUR QUESTION THAT IF IT IS NOT PAINING NOW , SHOULD U WAIT ,....ANSWER IS ,PAIN IS RELIEVED BECAUSE OF MEDICATION AND REASON IS NOT REMOVED ...IT CAN REOCCUR ANYTIME ....SO WHY BEAR PAIN AGAIN
