hello,
you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give you temporary relief from pain. visit a dentist and get it checked. the best treatment for wisdom tooth is to get it removed. consult an oral surgeon for your problem.
If wisdom teeth is creating issues it's well acknowledge with my clinical experience has to be removed and there nothing to do with adjacent rcts. Even it's better for the adjacent teeth to maintain of oral hygiene naturally.
Thanks
Next Steps
extraction of the 3rd molar ( wisdom teeth)
Health Tips
don't worry it's like a another routine extraction which gives you comfort.
yes,it is advisable to remove the wisdom tooth. In your case since it seems to be in a position where it is causing food lodgement which has led to a carious lesion in the front tooth, its better to get it removed before the crown preparation in the front tooth is started,
Next Steps
Get the tooth removed as soon as the root canal treatment is done, before the crown preparation is started.I will take about two weeks for the gums to settle down, once they do,its better to get the crown preparation done.
