Wisdom teeth extraction
I had my wisdom teeth surgically removed on Friday. It is now Tuesday and still swelling has not reduced. Swelling seems to increase after waking up in the morning. I'm finding it difficult to eat and speak. Kindly advice what to do. Also, should I apply cold or heat to the swollen areas?

Hello, Warm saline rinse or with betadine would definitely help to reduce the swelling. Please take the prescribed medication suggested by your oral surgeon. It's not usual for the swelling to be there for few days but will gradually subside. Take care.
