Window period of HIV ELISA test in india

Question

Asked for Male, 23 Years

My last sexual exposure was on 24 March 2020 and I did hiv ELISA test 3 times in 6 months which came negative all the time. 1st time - HIV ELISA test - 05/06/2020 - 73 days from 24 March 2020 which came negative. 2nd time - hiv ELISA test - 23/07/2020 - 121 days from 24 March 2020 which came negative again. 3rd time - hiv ELISA test - 08/10/2020 - 198 days from 24 March 2020 which came negative again. My doubts: 1. Do I need to get tested again? 2. is it conclusive? 3. Can I forget that happened in past and start new life without the tension of hiv infection? Please answer this question, I beg you. I have attached my reports.
