Willing to loss weight
I am 36 years old and having 73 kg of body weight. My height is 160 cm. I am trying to loss my weight and I have started 2- 3 kilometer walk daily. What would be the best diet chart for me. And how much weight I should loss according to my height? Thanking you in anticipation.

You need to looae at least 10 kg to maintain your health and increase calorie burn out. Hello, do some regular physical activity of your choice to burn at least 500 calories daily to reduce 5 kg every month. Beside this cut down your calories from food by avoiding high fat,high carbs,high calorie foods and avoid carbs in dinner as well as restrict during the days also. Keep proper hydration. Sleep well to make yourself stressfree and help hormonal balance.
