Suffered from sudden hearing loss in 6 months back
After a successful steroidal treatment my hearing came back to normal
Did an audiometry recently and it's normal

For your age the hearing loss might be due to viral infection and steroids have helped you. Good and effective treatment you have got.
But tinnitus can stay and if it is not bothering you daily life ignore the sounds !
One MRI to rule out acoustic neuroma is required . Consult your ENT SURGEON
