My age is 19 m ,height around 5 feet 6inch and weight around 44 kg . I am very skinny no matter how much I eat I unable to gain weight.
Now I am very serious to gain weight .so I want to know how can gain weight not only in stomach but across the body healthy and fast .
What are the reasons I unable to gain weight.
Please suggest me some diet plan .
I can't eat for myself. I have a mess systems so describe according to them .
My current diet plan which I am following for 1 October are 5to 6 brown breads with penaut butter and 1 banana in mornings. Rice ,dal ,vegetable in lunch ,5 rooti and vegetables in dinner in between peanut butter.
What should I add more in this

Hi, you should take high protein and moderate carbohydrates rich diet to gain weight, but that should be as per the body heat level. Disturbed metabolism rate leads zero weight gain. You can get it checked and go accordingly

Eat a high calorie, high protein diet
Add an extra 250 -500 calories per day
Avoid drinking lots of fluids with meals
Consume high calorie nutritional drink
Add in diet grains like oats, brown rice. Meat like chicken, beef and lamb ; you can choose fattier cuts . Tubers like potatoes and yam . Other energy dense foods like dark chocolate, avocados, peanut butter, milk , granola and trail mix .
Only having peanut butter and bread don't help you to gain weight
