Whiteheads on nose. I do for that doc?

Iam a boy am 16 last month only I Mean on April 30th I got 16 years I have a whiteheads on my nose since last 2 years at that time I did not take care of my skin a lot.. From last one year am taking care of my skin and face also so whiteheads are getting reduced somewhat yesterday evening I kept a facial steam to my face with a small facial steamer machine.. I used it for a clean face I heard that keeping a steam helps us to open pores at that time yesterday I have rubbed so hardly on my upper nose and it becomed red and it looks like a wound healing process on my whiteheads I Mean when we get any wound on body and when it will be healing then we get a brown skin on it like that only it also looks right now and I felt so much of pain also on my upper nose but now it feels good but the that tiny brown spots on whiteheads of my upper nose is still there so what can i do for that doc?
