Could be due to your illness. Happens when body's immunity is down or because of medicines. Drink plenty of fluids, keep your tongue clean, you may also apply candid mouth paint 3 times a day for about one week.
Problem Will be cured.
It looks as if you are having fungal infection on tongue try Candid ointment. It should hopefully improve. Sometimes you also get food deposits on tongue so you can use tongue scrapper also for this , but all this you have to do under medical supervision. Consult with an oral pathologist near you.
White coated tongue has many reasons to its occurrence. What we advise you is to have an examination done which will be actually helpful to arrive to a conclusion as what could be the reason to it.
