Veneer direct or indirect can be done to hide the white spot.
Direct would take 30 minster
Indirect Veneer would take time to fabricate and it's expensive.
Images are not clear, need to see those lesions on your teeth clearly, mostly they could be hypo plastic area on your teeth, if it is so, then it can be corrected with cosmetic treatment. If it is caries because early caries lesion may look white, then need to take IOPA and decide what can be done.
Both images are not clear. You need to visit dentist for proper examination and diagnostic procedures , accordingly treatment can be formulated. One more things is whether the spot is present from then begining when tooth got erupted in mouth or it became recently due to caries is most important.
