White pus cells
My daughter of 9months old was doing toilet and potty very frequently had fever 99 so went to doctor and did urine tests in which it came more than 500 white pus cells what should I do she has told to admit my daughter I am very worried pls help me.

Get a urine culture done..better if u get admit ur kid in a hospital to receive injections and further workup..but if covid around ur place is very bad then atleast start an oral antibiotic after giving urine culture

500 white pus cell in urine report suggest severe infection, need to admit for other investigation also like urine culture report, ultrasound imaging of abdomen.
Better to admit in hospital
