I have got which patches all over my scalp and i have to do shampoo daily otherwise those white flakes cover my t-shirt's collar and i am sure it is not dandruff please suggest some remedies i'll be grateful to you Thank You

Could be psoriasis or seborrhoic dermatitis or atopy. Get examined by a nearby dermatologist for confirmation of diagnosis. Steiprox shampoo is good for dandruff.
