White patches inside mouth
Sir I am a tobacco user since 2 years and I found white patches on both side inside my mouth, which disappeared when I stretch muccous, these patches are painless . And decreases as I smoke lesser , and decreases on drinking water . Please help me sir I m so serious about it and this stuff bring tension in my mind.

These appear to be leukoplakia, especially right side. Quitting tobacco will solve the problem to a great extent.
Next Steps
Completely stop your tobacco habit. Visit a dentist for opinion. You can apply Aquasol A(check availability in your city). Open a capsule, take the liquid and apply on the white areas. Continue this once a day for 3months.

They are initial leukoplakia like lesions .
Next Steps
Please stop the tobacco chewing habit . Start the multivitamin tablets and maintain proper oral hygiene . Your pictures depict plaque and calculus with stains . Consult for cleaning .
