I have white gum and white pache in mouth i have taken lots of antibiotic form 9 week and not feeling much better

Hi. White patch in mouth is not treated with antibiotics. It may be leukoplakia or oral lichen planus or other issues. Consult an ENT or oral pathologist for evaluation.
