Hi, we'd need to look for vitamin deficiencies and possible thyroid problems. Having white hair early could also be heredity. So depending on the cause, medications and lotions may be prescribed . depending on the cause, white hair may turn black, however this doesn't happen in all individuals and may require treatment for at least a few months to a year . take care.
