Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Hello sir, You should rinse your mouth after every meal and make sure you brush twice daily and floss everyday. If you find flossing difficult you can use something called as waterflosser which really helps to remove soft deposits. Professional cleaning once is 6-8 months is required for every individual.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist and get a cleaning and polishing done. After that regular maintenance by brushing and flossing is enough.

Hi..... Brush your teeth after you eat. Keep a toothbrush at work to use after eating. Brush using a fluoride-containing toothpaste at least twice a day, especially after meals..... Floss at least once a day. Proper flossing removes food particles and plaque from between your teeth.... Schedule regular dental checkups. See your dentist on a regular basis — generally once or twice a year — to have your teeth or dentures examined and cleaned.....
