White cottage cheese like discharge
I'm having cottage cheese like discharge accompanied by itching, redness and burning sensation around the vulva. I have been taking ampicillin until yesterday for throat infection. And I'm sexually active. Had past vaginal infections.

Sounds like you have candidal infection. U'll need a course of antifungal medicine.
