My body is already loose body n Everyone says if I go to gym n stop after some time body will become loose and no use of going to gym..please suggest which one I have to whether to gym /yoga/ sports arena/something else to get fitness...I become weak so faster if don't have my meal on time .

Hello, I am Dr. Aneesh Jain, a homeopathic physician. I have been working out for the last 7 years. I am not regular and take 2 months break twice in an year. The body doesn't become loose if you take full care of it. Secondly the muscle does shrink a bit after leaving the gym but it gains it's size again
