I have a bery sensetive skin. And as of now there are too many small pimples on my skin. So i m confused what cream and face wash to be used. Please suggest. And the pimples are very small but they huge in number and it appears as if my skin is burnt.

Apply cetaphil cleansing lotion twice daily. Don't apply cream for pimples as of now.
