When to plan to conceive
I have a 37-38 cycle. When should I try to conceive. My scan showed a dominant follicle of 12*12 mm on the tenth day of my cycle.

Your ovulation time is 20-28 day of periods in a regular 38 day cycle

Continue follicular monitoring every alternate day. Follicle usually ruptures and ovulation occurs when the size is 18-20 mm.

Hello there Continue with the follicular monitoring When the FOLLICLE is 18/20 mm its attained maturity and it will rupture after that size. So u can have unprotected intercourse after that!
