When shall my child speak
My baby girl is is just over 18 months. But she is not speaking. Only 1 word she speaks occasionally- papa. Moreover it seems she is not trying at all to speak.
She can listen, she is able to understand and act on many words.
Is there anything to worry. Shall I do anything ?

If she can listen and follow commands, it's more likely that she will speak. Just to rule out any anomaly you can get her assessed by an ENT or speech therapist
