Since 3 days I have noticed acne on my face and head . Generally I do have acne problem but not this much . My whole face is filled with small acne , that dry out and crust , and that area becomes a bit black . I don't know how to treat this ? What can this be ??

It can be cleared...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

It could bacterial infection, or acne or may be a reaction to some product. It will be best decided on history and examination. Kindly consult for better diagnosis and management.
