🔘I don't have hypertension and I don't take medicine for hypertension 🔘I have hypothyroidism since 2 year's. Taking thyronorm 175 mg. 🔘I had epilepsy for six long years and I used to take medication. i.e. Zonisamide. Took zonisep (currently not taking) 🔘Other symptoms include hair loss, tingling lips, face, cramping, feels little different in brain 🔘My BP ranges from 130-140 past 2 months . Previous year also I experienced high BP but it came 120 in one week.

Hi, OK how many times did u get ur BP checked if it is 130+ u can initially go for lifestyle modification like reducing salt intake, daily 1hr aerobic exercise and take more vegetables and fruits as ur diet
