Thank you for asking. I believe you're suspecting a few symptoms to be an indication of cancer or cancerous tumor. If so, I suggest you to consult a physician, discuss your symptoms and a test shall be prescribed accordingly. It might range to an MRI, PCR or any histopathological test alongwith a biopsy.
