What mental disorder is this?
I'm very Impuslive since childhood. I only used to play impulsive sports and listen to pump up songs. I'm a sex and porn addict. But it has weakened recently. I find it hard to study sometimes as I fee very heavy in my head. I fee as If I can't breathe and oxygen is not reaching my mind. Even though I'm interested in study but this doesn't let me study. I also take sometimes melatonin for sleep 3mg but not any other medicine. I'm lying on bed currently but feeling uneasiness and some weird sensation on the centre of my head.
