What kind of vitamins should I take.
I am a 16 year old female and I was wondering if there is any specific vitamins I should be taking? I grown up in a family that barely gave me vitamins. And now I want to take them since I am a teen and developing more. I am just curious on what type of vitamins I should be taking or supplements.

Most vitamins can be obtained by the body through a balanced diet. However in some cases, during teenage years and in women, there occurs deficiency of certain vitamins due to changes and growth in the body. Since you are not having any symptoms per se, I would recommend you take an antibiotic supplement that is having mild quantities of all essential nutrients so can be taken daily without much risk of overdosing on vitamins. Along with a proper diet which includes sufficient quantities of iron and calcium, you can take Tab A to Z which is a balanced supplement
