I have attached the report which my child had been admitted around 50 days back due to fever.whats RS and PA in the report is it normal or what .he complains of dizziness and headache when he bends down and got up.what should be done next .

RS - Respiratory System - on examination at the time of admission, added sounds were probably found due to hyper responsiveness of the airways. PA - Per Abdomen - was soft probably at the time of admission which conveys the message that it may be normal.

Next Steps

Get a physical consultation done with any Pediatrician. Get Hb and other routine investigations done. Also get an ophthalmologist's opinion.
